I’m excited for the OCAD grad show tomorrow. My class is going to go see it tomorrow afternoon and I love going to go look at art instead of doing school. :) I really want to just run up the stairs and skip the amateurish gross films and photography and go look at drawing and printmaking. I feel so much more connected to printmaking (and in awe of it) after taking it as a class this year.
Also, I need to go to Curry’s to buy plates and paper for my final project. I want to get some really fancy Japanese paper to decorate the covers of the book I’m making. I feel bad because three of us are etching but we don’t have great facilities so screen printing is pretty much out of the question, and I’m the only one doing a handmade book.
